My Story

Hi, I’m Cymand’e! Welcome to my website and allow me to introduce myself!

I’m a pastry chef, wife, mom, grandmother and a retired army veteran! I’ve served for 24 years and I am ready to start following my own dream - having a baking business.

I recently graduated from a pastry school, and already had a great experience working in one of the best restaurants in Florida. But making custom cakes for my clients was the best part of it, and I’ve decided to take that journey on my own.

I found myself enjoying floral designs, using gum paste flowers, buttercream flower piping and etc. I hope you will fall in love with them as much as I do. That’s why it is my signature design and you will see a lot of it here on my page.

I am fully licensed, I operate out of a commercial kitchen and use only wholesome ingredients, making sure everything is made from scratch without any artificial flavoring.
